Loppa (soon to be incorporated) (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a platform where individuals can host and attend in-home pop‑up sales of secondhand items.By using Loppa, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to host a sale.• If you’re under 18, you may attend with the involvement of a parent or guardian.• You agree to use the Platform only in compliance with the law.
3. Role of Loppa
• Loppa is a platform only — we do not own, inspect, or guarantee items.• We do not facilitate payments (unless stated otherwise in future updates).• We do not vet users or homes. Participation is at your own risk.
4. User responsibilities
For hosts:
• Ensure items are accurately described and safe to sell.• Do not sell restricted or illegal items, including but not limited to: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, recalled products, unsafe electronics, alcohol/tobacco.• You are responsible for the safety of guests in your home.• If hosting at a public fleamarket or external venue, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or registrations required by that venue or local authorities.
For guests:
• Respect the host’s home and property.• Take responsibility for your own safety when attending.• Do not damage property or engage in disruptive or unlawful behaviour.
